where the lenders and the borrowers (the customer & the
customer) meet and negotiate all the terms and conditions. The
borrower offers lending on the strength of collateral in book
entry mode. My-lending co-exists with the traditional setup
but serves as a platform for the lenders and borrowers to
leverage the asserts for better return.
