How to Create a Group
  • Click Initiate Group in User Group Menu.
  • Select the Group type from the Combo then
  • Enter the GroupName and Description about the Group and click the Create Button
  • The group created can be Edited,Deleted or we can move to manage group page by clicking the Next link
How to Add members to our group
  • Click the Manage Groupin User Group Menu.
  • The Members are added to the group by just clicking the Add link which in turn display a part asking for the group name,relation and description,on entering the details click add button to add the member.
  • The members can be also searched by giving the name,memberid or Date of birth and click the Search button.
  • Before adding the member to the group their profile can be viewed by clicking the Profile link.
How to view the members in the group and the status
  • Click the View Groupin User Group Menu.
  • Select the Group Name from the combo and Click the Go button,this list the members in the group and status
  • Profile of the member can be viewed by clicking the Profile link
