How to add a new Loan Preference (Click to View Image)
  • Click new LoanPreference from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • Select the Type of Transaction (i.e)Borrowing or Lending.select Item of Transaction (i.e)Cash,Securities.
  • select Currency Of Transaction(i.e)INR,USD,Euro.
  • Enter Loan Amount,Rate and Period(months),collateral margin(%) should be entered,the collateral amount is automatically calculate,if you willing to negotiate any of the above said field then check the negotiate check box and enter the % of negotiation to be allowed.
  • select Collateral which may be shares,Debenture,funds,Bonds or any other.It is to be kept in the mind that the total collateral should be 100.
  • The percentage of collateral at which the first alert has to made is entered in the First call top up Field in same way second call top up and liquidation are to entered .
  • If you wish to extend the loan period of the loan then select yes or no from the Foreclosure allowed Combo.
  • If you allow foreclosure then the percent should be entered in Foreclosure Penalty field.
  • Period up to which this loan preference should will be valid is entered in Preference validity period Field by selecting the date from calendar.
  • How many number of days this amount will be available with the member is entered in the Fund/Collateral Availability field.
  • After filling the details click Save Button which in turn show the Loan Preference list .
How to view my Loan Preference List(Click to View Image)
  • Click LoanPreference list from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • Displays the list of loan preference you have entered.
  • The list for Lending,Borrowing or both can be listed by selecting the radio button.
How to Fetch the member List which matches our requirement.(Click to View Image)
  • Click Fetch negotiation from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • The user requirement like Loan amount,Rate,period,collateral margin,etc can be filled here so that the matching data will be listed.
How to find the our loan preference Validity.(Click to View Image)
  • Click Loan Preference validity Period Log from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • Loan Preference validity and other details are viewed here.
How to find the collateral Availiable.(Click to View Image)
  • Click Collateral search from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • The various collateral available are lisited here.
  • A particular Collateral can be searched by selecting Type of Collateral,ISIN code,ISIN name,Scrip name and Industry and click Search button
How to find the collateral Accepted.(Click to View Image)
  • Click Collateral Accepted from Loan Negotiations Menu.
  • Select the counter party from the combo,the corresponding details will be displayed if available.
