Registration: Member can register with my-lending.com. Members would be required to have banking and depository relationship with the notified institutions. Further members will have to avail the Internet banking services of those financial institutions to provide seamless integrated services.

Transaction services: member who is registered with site will allowed to be a lender or the borrower. Member can at any point of time can have only 5 unfinished contracts.

Matching services: My-lending.com will match the potential lender and the borrowers. Display the counter parties to the members.

Negotiation services: Member will be given facility to negotiate with 5 counter parities at any point of time for every pending transactions.

Loan creation assistance service: Once the lender and the borrower finalize the terms of contract, the site will send the transaction number to the lender and borrower. Lender shall transfer the money to site's escrow account and the borrower shall pledge the shares in favour of my-lending.com a/c lender. Once the underlying pledge and cash is verified, the money will be transferred to the borrowers account after deducting the commission and statutory dues, if any and confirmation pledge will be communicated to the lender.

Risk management service; My-lending.com will provide daily end of the day mark to market services. My-lending.com will send notice for toping notice to the borrower whenever the market value of collateral falls as per the business rule. On event of default, my-lending.com will realize the collateral to pay the lender with interest, recover its charges and forward the remaining amount, if any to the borrower.

Loan creation assistance service: Once the terms of contract are completed, the site will send the transaction number to the lender and borrower. Borrower shall transfer the money to site's escrow account. On receipt, my-lending.com will transfer the money to the lender and close the pledge.

Value added services: Site will provide credit rating of the customer on the basis of available database and further it will public the data of interest rate to collateral.
